Dinner`s Ready by Chad in Warm Springs

They are friendly and have great southern hospitality! Definitely try their desserts and their Dinner Plate of the day. Especially if it includes cornbread dressing 😉.

I have passed by this establishment for more than 5 years and never stopped by. I had the pleasure of eating Dinners Ready by Chad and it was good. The food is delicious!! I recommend this establishment if you are traveling nearby because you will not be disappointed.

Super yummy country style food. Their menu changes a little it seems but the food will remind you of grandmas cooking. If you’re looking to eat super lean food and are on a strict diet this isn’t the best place to go but if you’re looking for good southern comfort food this is the spot!

They under charge, over deliver and all with a smile and pleasant conversation. This place was the most delicious and wonderful surprise we have had in awhile. Excellent restaurant.

My husband and I were in Warm Springs visiting our son in law who is a patient at Roosevelt Hospital.My daughter had raved about Chad’s.She had been going there everyday since her husband had been hospitalized.Yesterday we went for lunch.Lucky me Chicken Livers were on the daily special menu.Wow just like my Grandmother’s were.. Best ever!My husband had Country Fried Pork.Our sides were Mac n Cheese, Collards, Rice and Gravy and the Best Homemade Biscuits.Top all of this with the awesome service , downhome friendly atmosphere makes Chad’s one of the best restaurants we have experienced😃We brought home a buttermilk pie and I just had a piece for breakfast!It won’ t last long❤️Marti and Jerry BarnesAtlanta, Ga

A delicious lunch with my good friend! The lady who took our order was a "ray of sunshine" to us and all she met! Scrumptious food, excellent desserts.

The food is awesome. The great thing is they don't have it ready when you get there they cook it so it takes 7 to 10 minutes but it's so worth it

This was my first time eating at Chad's. I was pleasantly surprised at how at home you feel when you are there. But what really makes you want to go back is the most delicious food I think I have ever had. I will be going back to enjoy not only the food but also the atmosphere.

Jesus H. Christ on a popsicle stick. This place is outstanding. I had catfish and fried green tomatoes. And they have these sugar jalapeños that are so good, they're banned in airports because they are the bomb. May God have mercy on our souls.

I’m just in town visiting the FDR Little White House and was looking for some good local southern food. Well you sure can’t miss this beautiful place that got my attention and knew the food would be great to. I got here 30 mins before they close at 2:30pm and had one of the best meals I had in along time. The baked chicken with two sides was just what the doctor ordered!!!

We ate lunch at Chads on Monday Aug 20, 2018. This place is CLEAN! Food is cooked exceptionally well with a small amount of seasoning so you actually taste the flavor of the food. Much appreciated in this world of over-seasoning. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large portions also help make dining a joyful and filling experience. Its like eating at your southern grandmother's house but with fluorescent lighting 😉

Amazing Southern food. The fried chicken livers here are some of the best I have ever had. This is a place to go out of your way to eat it. Just get there early. Not long after opening the line will be out the door.

Delicious and generous servings of baked chicken and gravy, sweet potato souffle, green beans and biscuit. Hubby had Baked Spaghetti and salad.

Wonderful people and food

Stopped in to this little diner and had a delicious lunch! It's cute, clean, clearly run by local folks, and clearly beloved by everyone who walked in. Our group had the grilled chicken sandwich, fired green tomatoes and pimento cheese sandwich, a salad and some desserts. All of it was super delicious! The staff was so friendly and worked fast. Would highly recommend!

Loved the food well done, fast, friendly, good quality/quantity/to price. Well seasoned. Parking is good when facing the building front parking is to the left of the building. Access is on the left of the building and rear on the right as facing front of the building. Both inside and outside seating space comfortable, amazing staff fast, friendly, informative. Overall an amazing sit and eat or take out. Well flavored menu with lots for your money

Made the mistake of finally checking this place out while I was on day three of a 14 day liver cleanse. Ended up trying the chicken salad with a side salad. It was delicious and I can’t wait for this cleanse to be over so I can try more of the yummy looking food and even one of their wonderful looking desserts! Wish I’d tried this place sooner and can’t wait to go back!
